At Smeg Appliance Parts, we want to ensure your repairs are successful, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused and uninstalled genuine replacement parts. Please ensure all items are returned in their original Smeg packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and the specific model number of your Smeg appliance to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the unused part in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Warehouse

    Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our returns facility, making sure to clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the part has not been installed or damaged, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
